That the Parliament congratulates the University of Stirling on reaching the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) Awards Shortlist 2023 in recognition of its new Campus Central, which is based around Airthrey Loch, near Bridge of Allan; understands that this new campus is part-new build and part-reuse of a 1970s steel-framed structure, in what it considers a breathtaking display of marrying new and old together; notes that this new building will be utilised for learning, studying and pastoral support, and wishes the students of the University of Stirling the very best of luck with their studies in their new campus.
