That the Parliament congratulates Diversified on its nomination for the Charity of the Year award at the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) Scottish Charity Awards, to be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh on 23 June 2023; understands that the organisation is the first autistic youth-led charity in Scotland to be designed and led by autistic young people under 18, using lived experience to provide innovative services and specialist facilities to give neurodivergent young people social, wellbeing and alternative learning opportunities that they otherwise would not be able to access; celebrates the achievements of all 32 finalists in this year’s Scottish Charity Awards; recognises the hard work of SCVO in organising and hosting the Scottish Charity Awards annually, and thanks Diversified and all nominated voluntary organisations and individuals for the crucial work that they do in communities across the country.
