  • Motion reference: S6M-08841

That the Parliament congratulates Aberdeen-based firm, Neo Energy, for supporting the local baby bank AberNecessities with a £20,000 donation; understands that the donation will help the charity to continue its vital work to support families in poverty and children who are living without basic essentials; notes that more than 150 beds and cots will be delivered to disadvantaged children across the north east; understands that, in 2023, the charity hopes to help more than 10,000 children who do not have the basic essentials, as thousands feel the pressure of the ever-increasing cost of living crisis; commends the work of AberNecessities and Neo Energy for a generous donation, and passes on best wishes for future endeavours.
