Port of Aberdeen Celebrates Safety Culture and Employee Wellbeing at Inaugural Health, Safety and Environment Awards

That the Parliament congratulates Port of Aberdeen on the success of its inaugural Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Awards; recognises that the ceremony provides a unique platform to highlight and honour the outstanding achievements of companies and individuals who go above and beyond to set exemplar standards and contribute to building a safer, healthier, and more sustainable Port of Aberdeen; notes that representatives from more than 35 organisations attended the annual ceremony in Aberdeen to celebrate and renew commitments towards improving safety culture; understands that Peterson took home the Port Health and Safety award for its Goal Zero strategy, with North Star also receiving the Port and Environment Best Practice award; commends all award recipients, stakeholders and the Port of Aberdeen for placing health, safety and environment at the forefront of all operations, and passes on best wishes for future success.
