That the Parliament congratulates Eleanor Geddes, Catering Manager at Shortlees Primary School in Kilmarnock, on winning the first prize/best in class award at ScotHot’s Food For Life Challenge at the SEC in Glasgow; recognises that Eleanor beat off stiff competition with her cleverly-named dish, Bean-Fishing, and by highlighting the sustainability of all products used; considers this to be a fantastic win for the school, and commends Eleanor and the catering services team.
