That the Parliament congratulates Charlie from Grange Academy Kilmarnock, on winning the young musician of the year award, which was held in East Ayrshire; considers this to be an outstanding achievement as it understands that the level of talent was so high and extremely competitive; commends Charlie for taking the title, playing a beautiful piece called Zelda on the baritone horn, and wishes her all the best in her very bright future.
