Stewarton Academy Wins the Young Enterprise Ayrshire Final

That the Parliament congratulates S5 and S6 pupils, Struan, Ryan, Grace, Jessica, Thomas, Rob, Rory, Finlay, Tom and Jamie on winning the Ayrshire area final of the Young Enterprise Scotland awards as part of their senior phase studies; considers this to be an exceptional achievement in starting their own company, Corsehill Crafts; understands that the company designed, manufactured and sold a wide range of customised wooden products, ranging from chopping boards and cheese paddles, through to bottle holders and place mats; commends the pupils for all their hard work and dedication, allowing their profits to be reinvested into purchasing additional enterprise resources for the school, including a machine for the custom design, printing and production of t-shirts and hoodies; commends everyone involved, and wishes them every success in their future careers.
