Huntly-based Ballad Singer Wins the Bothy Ballad Champion of Champions

That the Parliament congratulates Shona Donaldson for achieving the highest honour in bothy ballad singing; praises the Huntly-born singer for dealing with post dental surgery in order to continue her passion and compete in the 40th anniversary of the Champion of Champions, at the Elgin Town Hall on 11 February 2023; commends the Bothy Ballad Champions of Champions event for raising £1,800 in support of the Turkey and Syria earthquake relief fund; acknowledges the effort and prestigious achievements of Ms Donaldson, and wishes her all the best for the future.
