That the Parliament congratulates Kilwinning Academy pupil, Chloe McDonald, for being one of two Young Singer of the Year runners-up; understands that the North Ayrshire Young Singer and Instrumentalist of the Year competition took place at in Ardrossan Academy on 15 February 2023; notes that the competition was organised by North Ayrshire Council’s music service and was supported by the Rhoda Reid Charitable Trust and Scottish Young Musicians; congratulates Chloe on her incredible talent, and wishes her every success in the future.
