BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend 2023, Camperdown Park, Dundee

That the Parliament welcomes the announcement that the 2023 BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend will be hosted at Camperdown Park in the Dundee City West constituency, between 26 and 28 May 2023; understands that acts will include Anne-Marie, Arlo Parks, Lewis Capaldi, Niall Horan, Raye, and The 1975; notes that Camperdown Park last hosted the event in 2006; understands that over 80,000 fans will attend over the three-day event; further understands that BBC Radio 1 will broadcast live from the festival site across the weekend; welcomes Dundee City Council's partnership with BBC Radio 1, and calls on BBC Radio 1 to showcase Dundee’s vast and diverse music scene.
