That the Parliament congratulates Andrew Howell of Loch Lomond News for winning the 2023 Federation of Independent Retailers (The Fed) Award for Collectables Retailer of the Year; understands that the business stocks a wide range of collectibles, including trading cards and football stickers; considers that its success lies in selling a wide range of collectables in-store and online, with a high standard of display; appreciates the support of The Fed, which, it understands, is a not-for-profit organisation with more than 10,000 members throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, and wishes Andrew and Loch Lomond News every success for the future.
