That the Parliament congratulates Portsoy hairdresser Mhairi Flett on winning North East Hair Salon of the Year at the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards; recognises this is just another of the many reasons to visit Banffshire and Buchan Coast, and wishes Mhairi continued success in the future.
