That the Parliament congratulates Charcoals restaurant in the Merchant City in the Glasgow Kelvin constituency on winning the Best Restaurant in Scotland at the UK Asian Curry Awards 2022; considers that this accolade is richly deserved; notes what it sees as the severe difficulties faced by the hospitality industry throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and commends Charcoals, its management and staff for what it sees as their resilience and perseverance throughout this very challenging period.
