North Lanarkshire Youth Climate Ambassadors win Environment and Conservation Award

That the Parliament congratulates North Lanarkshire’s Youth Climate Ambassadors for winning the Environment and Conservation category at the National Youth Work Awards run by YouthLink Scotland; recognises that the Youth Climate Ambassadors had what it sees as a key role at the COP26 in 2021, where they were part of Scotland’s Youth Climate Declaration, and shared their short film, Dear World Leaders; understands that they were highly commended at both the Education Scotland Learning for Sustainability Awards, and also in the Keep Scotland Beautiful and Screen Scotland Youth Climate Film Project, and wishes the North Lanarkshire Youth Climate Ambassadors all the best for the future.
