PJ Gaul and Co Wins StartUp Award

That the Parliament congratulates PJ Gaul and Co, of Meikle Whiterashes, near Turriff, on being named Rural Start Up of the Year at the StartUp Awards National Series, which debuted this year to highlight Scotland’s most promising young businesses that began during the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that PJ Gaul and Co diversified from the farming business to provide plant and machinery to small and medium enterprises in the agriculture and forestry sectors; recognises what it sees as the importance of local businesses in servicing the rural economy in Scotland; commends PJ Gaul and Co on its success, and wishes them well.
