That the Parliament congratulates Kelly Ross on winning the Inspirational Leader award at the 2022 National Youth Work Awards; notes that the awards were held in Glasgow on 1 June 2022 and are an opportunity to celebrate and congratulate the efforts of youth workers across Scotland; further notes that Kelly received the award for her work in transforming the Dumfries and Galloway Council Youth Work service to a fully digital model at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that it was so successful that it was shared and adopted by another 25 local authorities across Scotland, and thanks Kelly for her commitment and work in supporting young people across Dumfries and Galloway.
