That the Parliament congratulates Òran Mór, in Glasgow, on winning Best Wedding Venue in Scotland prize at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards; believes that Òran Mór is not only a fantastic venue for weddings, but that it also hosts live music and events, and has an excellent whisky bar and newly-refurbished dining facilities; pays particular recognition and expresses thanks to the staff at Òran Mór and across the hospitality sector, who it considers are the backbone of the industry and that without whom people in Scotland would not be able to enjoy such venues, and considers that the hospitality industry and its staff have worked under particularly difficult circumstances during the COVID-19 pandemic, which makes this award all the more deserved.
