Congratulations to Ncuti Gatwa on his Forthcoming Regeneration as Dr Who

That the Parliament congratulates Ncuti Gatwa, alumnus of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, on being the first BAME man to be chosen to play the part of Dr Who in the long-running BBC television series; believes that this choice will provide an inspiring role model for BAME viewers of all generations; congratulates the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on its success in training not one, but two Time Lords, and looks forward to witnessing the Doctor’s 14th regeneration to date.
