That the Parliament congratulates Arbroath FC on qualifying for the Scottish Premier League play-offs having finished runners-up to Kilmarnock in the regular Championship season; notes that the Red Lichties, despite being the only part-time team in the division, had just five defeats in the entire season; recognises that this remarkable achievement has been acknowledged by Michael McKenna being named Championship Player of the Year, and club boss, Dick Campbell, being one of the nominees for Scotland’s Manager of the Year, and wishes Arbroath FC the best of luck in the play-offs.
