As an amendment to motion S6M-01884 in the name of Keith Brown (Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill - UK Legislation), insert at end “, and, in so doing, supports other provisions in the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill that currently do not apply to Scotland, such as the use of whole life orders and the doubling of the maximum sentence for attacks on emergency workers to two years, and urges the Scottish Government to implement these provisions in Scotland.”
