To ask the Scottish Government how many people were unemployed in each of the last five financial years, also broken down by local authority area.

The model-based estimates improve on the APS estimates by borrowing strength from the claimant count to produce an estimate that is more precise.

3. Levels are rounded to the nearest hundred.
4. Estimates are based on those aged 16 and over.
