I am confused, because you suggest that there is an issue while, in the same breath, you suggest that no research has been done. However, there has been research that suggests that the release of game birds in Cairngorms national park is at a low density and is well managed. On the one hand, you suggest that there is no evidence; on the other hand, you say that we should legislate. However, there is evidence, and it shows that the impact is low. On that basis, why do we need to legislate?
