Interests

Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 15th meeting this year of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they affect the broadcasting system.

Apologies have been received from Adam Ingram. Bob Doris is in attendance as a substitute, and I ask him to declare any interests that are relevant to the remit of the committee.

I am delighted to be here, even though it is likely to be only a fleeting visit. I have no interests to declare, other than those that are in my entry in the register of members’ interests, which is publicly available.
