Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee’s fifth meeting of 2018. I remind everyone who is present to switch off electronic devices of any description, as they may affect the broadcasting system.

I welcome to the meeting Edward Mountain MSP. Mr Mountain is attending in his capacity as an individual MSP.

The first item on the agenda is consideration of whether to take item 3 in private. Are we all agreed to take that item in private?
