1 Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take agenda item 3 in private and future consideration of the correspondence from the Parliamentary Bureau, Standing Order rule changes, and Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct Guidance changes in private.
2 Correspondence:
The Committee considered information relevant to correspondence it has received from Graeme Dey MSP and agreed a response.
3 Correspondence (Private):
The Committee considered correspondence it had received from the Parliamentary Bureau and agreed to write to the Bureau to seek further information and to consider the Standing Order rules relating to portfolio questions further at a future meeting.
4 Procedures on consent in relation to UK Parliament Bills (Private):
The Committee considered the Standing Order procedures on consent in relation to UK Parliament Bills and agreed to consider a consultation on rule changes at a future meeting.
