1 Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private and future consideration of the complaint report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland in private.
2 Cross-Party Group - Withdrawal of recognition:
The Committee agreed to withdraw recognition from the Cross-Party Group on the Prevention and Healing of Adverse Childhood Experiences and agreed to write to the secretariat.
3 Complaint (In Private):
The Committee considered a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
Alexander Stewart MSP was not present for this agenda item.
Stephen Kerr MSP joined the meeting for this agenda item only and in his capacity as Committee substitute.
