1 Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 2 and 3 in private.
2 Kinship Care (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report and agreed to consider an updated draft by correspondence.
3 Work programme (In Private):
The Committee considered and agreed its work programme and its revised strategic aim. The Committee agreed its response to a letter from the Scottish Government on the Scheduled Review of the Social Security Assistance (Investigation of Offences) (Scotland) Regulations 2020. The Committee agreed its response to the Fiscal Framework Independent Report consultation. The Committee also agreed to write to the Deputy First Minister on his statement on the Public Sector Pay and Emergency Budget Review.
