1. Work programme(In Private):

The Committee considered its work programme.


2. Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 4).

Tim Eagle declared an interest as an owner of a small sheep and arable farm in Moray and as an unsuccessful applicant to the Future Farming Investment Scheme.

Jamie Halcro-Johnston declared an interest as partner in a farming business and as an unsuccessful applicant to the Future Farming Investment Scheme. He also indicated he was a member of the National Farmers Union Scotland, Scottish Land and Estates and Royal Highland Agricultural Society.
