The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agreed to invite the Scottish Government and the Ethical Standards Commissioner Scotland to give oral evidence at a future meeting.
The Committee considered a draft report on the 2023/24 audit of Ferguson Marine Port Glasgow (Holdings) Limited and agreed to consider a revised draft at a future meeting.
