1 Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee continued its consideration of a draft Stage 1 report.
Various changes were agreed to. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising the draft report for publication. The Committee agreed to share an embargoed copy with selected media and the Scottish Government.
