1 Scotland’s electricity infrastructure: inhibitor or enabler of our energy ambitions? (in private):
The Committee considered a draft report.
Various changes were agreed to. The Committee agreed to consider a revised draft at a future meeting.
2 A modern and sustainable ferry service for Scotland (in private):
The Committee considered a draft report.
Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed the report as amended.
The Committee agreed a media strategy in relation to publication of the report including the embargo period and the date and time of publication. The Committee agreed to delegate to the Convener responsibility to finalise the report for publication.
3 Work programme (in private):
The Committee considered its work programme.
The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government to request more information on the Deposit Return Scheme Gateway Review for March 2023, in response to the Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy and Biodiversity's 16 June letter to the Convener.
The Committee agreed to consider its work programme again at its next meeting.
