1 Outcomes of the 15th UN Conference on Biodiversity (COP15) (in private):
The Committee considered its approach to its scrutiny.
The Committee agreed to take evidence on the outcomes of COP15 as they affect Scottish biodiversity policy, and agreed witness panels for future evidence sessions.
2 The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland (in private):
The Committee considered a draft report.
Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft at its next meeting.
