The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments.

The Committee agreed to defer consideration of the evidence heard earlier in the meeting to a future meeting.
5 Building Safety and Maintenance Issues (in private):
The Committee agreed to invite views in writing ahead of it's annual session and to invite the Minister to appear at that session.
6 Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee agreed a Stage 1 report.
