Shona Robison, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Dr Alison Cumming, Director of Budget and Public Spending, Dr Andrew Scott, Director of Tax and Revenues and Ellen Leaver, Deputy Director, Local Government and Analytical Services, Scottish Government.
During agenda item 1, Jamie Halcro Johnston declared an interest as a partner in a farming business.
