The Committee heard evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2023-24 from—

Dr Alison Hosie, Research Officer, Scottish Human Rights Commission;
Professor Angela O'Hagan, Chair, Scottish Government Equalities and Human Rights Budget Advisory Group;
Rob Watts, Economist, Fraser of Allander Institute.
3 Budget Scrutiny 2023-24:
The Committee considered the evidence it heard under agenda item 2. The Committee also agreed to write to the Secretary of State for Scotland and to the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Housing and Local Government.
