Paul McLennan was invited to declare any relevant interests.

Paul McLennan declared his interest as a Councillor with East Lothian Council, from 2007 to 2022, attending Education Committee meetings in with capacity; as a former Member of Enlighten’s, formerly Reform Scotland, Commission for School Reform and as a former Member of the Advisory Board for Enlighten, formerly Reform Scotland.

The Committee considered and agreed its Stage 1 report.
