The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.

2. New Deal for Business (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft letter to the Scottish Government. Minor changes were agreed to, and the letter was agreed for publication.

Colin Smyth indicated that he is a member of the Co-operative Party.

3. Employment Rights Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):

The Committee considered a report on legislative consent memorandum LCM (S6) 53 and the report was agreed for publication.
