4 Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in the Bill at Stage 1. The Committee agreed to report to the Education, Children and Young People Committee.


5 Quarterly report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 9 December 2022 to 28 February 2023 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
