4 Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government.


5 Procurement Bill (UK Parliament supplementary legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and Scottish Ministers in devolved areas in the Procurement Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed to report to the lead Committee on the Bill, the Economy and Fair Work Committee.


6 Scottish Law Commission Bills (in private):

The Committee agreed its approach to the Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1 and the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill at Stage 2.
