The Committee took evidence from—

Leanna Maclarty, Solicitor, Scottish Government Legal Directorate.

5 Scottish Employment Injuries Advisory Council Bill (in private):
The Committee considered the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to report to write to the Member in Charge, Mark Griffin MSP.
6 Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2 and agreed to write to the Lord President's Private Office.
