6 Welfare of Dogs (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to report to write to the Member in Charge, Christine Grahame MSP.
7 Economic Activities of Public Bodies (Overseas Matters) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):
The Committee agreed to reconsider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on UK Ministers in the Bill, at the next meeting.
8 Energy Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):
The Committee considered the supplementary legislative consent memorandum on the Bill. It agreed to report to the lead Committee on the Bill, the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
9 Evidence session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business (in private):
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting. and agreed to write to the Scottish Government, the UK Government and the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee.
