5 Coronavirus (Discretionary Compensation for Self-isolation) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. The Committee agreed to report to the Parliament.


6 Professional Qualifications Bill (UK Parliament supplementary legislation)(in private):

The Committee considered the supplementary legislative consent memorandum on the Bill and specifically, the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Bill. The Committee agreed to report to the Economy and Fair Work Committee.


7 Health and Care Bill (UK Parliament supplementary legislation)(in private):

The Committee considered the supplementary legislative consent memorandums on the Bill and specifically, the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Bill. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and to report to the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee.


8 Inquiry into use of the made affirmative procedure during the coronavirus pandemic (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report on the inquiry and agreed to consider an updated version of the report at its next meeting.
