5 Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill

The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.



6 Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill

The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in the Bill at Stage 1.



7 Public Order Bill (UK Parliament legislation)

The Committee will consider the delegated powers conferred on the Chief Constable of the British Transport Police (with consent of the Scottish Ministers) and UK Ministers  in the Public Order Bill (UK Parliament legislation).



8 Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation)

The Committee will consider the evidence it received and the responses received from the Scottish Government and UK Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
