2 Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee took evidence from—

Mirka Skrzypczak, Head of Working Capital & Trade Products, NatWest;

Colin Borland, Director of Devolved Nations, Federation of Small Businesses Scotland;

and then from—

Jennifer Henderson, Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, Jon Hodge, Policy Lead for RMT and Cat Haig,Product Lead for RMT, Registers of Scotland.

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier.


8 Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the response received from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. The Committee agreed its report.


9 UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed its report to the Economy and Fair Work Committee and also to write to the Scottish Government.
