4 Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in the Bill after Stage 2 and agreed to report to the Parliament.


5 Online Safety Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Bill and agreed to report to the Criminal Justice Committee.


6 Annual report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2022 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
