The Committee also agreed to write to the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee in relation to the Environment Protection (Single-use Plastic Products) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/410).

4 Coronavirus (Discretionary Compensation for Self-isolation) (Scotland) Bill (In Private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government.

5 Quarterly Report (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 13 May to 22 September 2021 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
