The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

2 National Care Service (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report to the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft, at a future meeting.
3 Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee agreed to defer consideration of the evidence heard to a future meeting.
