I refer to our recent discussions around the work of your Committee and the forthcoming bills in the Criminal Justice arena . I offered to provide you with an update on Scotland's Serious Organised Crime Taskforce.
I attach for your information a short note providing you with some background to the Taskforce and a flavour of some of the activity taken forward on its behalf which I trust is helpful.
