COVID Vaccine Certificaton – Evidence Paper

I am writing to provide the Covid 19 Recovery Committee and the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee with a copy of the Covid Vaccine Certification Evidence Paper. This paper has been prepared by the Scottish Government Analysts. It sets out the wide ranging and balanced evidence available in relation to certification, and was used to inform our decision to proceed with the scheme.

This paper will be published on the Scottish Government website this afternoon.
