1 Declaration of interests:
Maurice Golden declared that he had attended a trip to Nepal in the last session of Parliament, which was sponsored by Tear Fund, to look at human trafficking and tackling climate justice.
2 Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 5 and future consideration of evidence heard in private.
